MANAGEMENT
US educated college graduates in Honduras are readily available to fill almost any managerial positions. Those individuals are fluent in English, which would greatly improve the communications with the Spanish speaking workers. The salaries of local managers are lower then the compensation of their US counterparts. Using managers from Honduras would also greatly reduce travel costs between the US and Honduras.
