The plant has six de-coloring rooms with a capacity of 1212 bins. The processing equipment is automated and cleans and prepares the fruits for packaging. The packing plant has three packing lines with automatic sizing and conveyor supply for the packing cartons. The packing lines have a production capacity of 400 boxes per hour. Additional equipment is planned to double the production as more trees are planted. Next to the plant is a shop completely equipped to assemble the carton boxes. The container trucks can be loaded very quickly. This years production will surpass 100,000 boxes and will be shipped in 84 refrigerated containers. To guarantee uninterrupted production, the farm is able to produce its own electricity.
